You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, emotionally stuck, or finding that past experiences or relationships continue to affect your confidence, wellbeing, or sense of self.
A question I am often asked is: “Do I need therapy if I’m functioning?” My answer is that coping is not always the same as feeling well. Sometimes responsibility becomes heavy, life feels difficult to navigate, or slowing down feels unfamiliar — and therapy can offer space to explore this.
Many of the clients I work with appear to cope well externally but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain internally. Therapy with me provides a steady and supportive space to better understand these experiences, gain clarity, and work towards meaningful and sustainable change.
I work from a humanistic and psychological approach, offering hypnotherapy and integrative therapies for adults on both a short- and longer-term basis. My integrative approach draws from different therapeutic principles, including hypnosis, NLP and CBT, allowing flexibility and tailoring to your individual needs and goals.
Therapy with me is collaborative and paced in a way that feels manageable. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, we work together to understand patterns, explore challenges, and support lasting emotional wellbeing and positive change.
