Hello, my name is Alice and I’m an Integrative-Relational therapist which means I draw on various therapeutic approaches to best suit you as an individual. Because sometimes it’s difficult to process what’s going on inside us, I aim to build a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship, so you feel supported and safe as we explore what has led you to therapy. Our time together can help you manage feelings and gain insight as you find a meaningful way forward.
I work with people experiencing a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, work stress, identity questions and low self-esteem. I also provide a safe and affirming space for neurodivergent people (including late-diagnosed and undiagnosed) and understand that not everyone experiences the world or expresses their thoughts and emotions in the same way.
I work with adults aged 18+ and offer short or long-term therapy. To arrange a free and relaxed introductory 20-minute phone call or to find out more, please contact me by text or email.
I have experience working as an in-house counsellor at an NHS surgery in London for a number of years and also provide bereavement support for national charity Cruse.
I have a BA (Hons) degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling from Middlesex University (First Class honours).
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to its code of ethics.
