My journey into yoga began as a personal search for balance and clarity, and it has grown into a deep commitment to sharing this practice with others. I am trained in Raja Yoga since 2018, with strong influences from Kundalini and Ashtanga traditions. I love weaving together the meditative depth of Raja Yoga, the energising breath-work of Kundalini, and the steady structure of Ashtanga to create classes that feel both grounding and uplifting.
I specialise in working with beginners, 1’2’1 sessions and extremely passionate about making yoga accessible and unintimidating. I understand that stepping into your first class can feel daunting, so I focus on clear guidance, mindful alignment, and building confidence at a steady, supportive pace.
Based at White House Wellness Centre in Epsom, I aim to create a calm, welcoming space where you can reconnect with your breath, strengthen your body, and cultivate inner peace & awareness.
For me, yoga is not about perfection — it’s about presence, self-discovery, and developing a practice that supports you both on and off the mat.
