Liz is an experienced and successful Soft Tissue Therapist with a Level 5 Sports Massage diploma. She has since added other diploma’s to her therapy portfolio and can offer a wide range of massage treatments.

Following an initial consultation, treatments are tailor made to the individual client with focus on problem areas, injury sites and to help release tension/stress from the body.

Appointments can be for 45 mins, 60 mins or 90 mins (depending on the chosen treatment)
