I first discovered yoga during lockdown, and what started as a simple way to fill time has since become a way of life, taking me around the world from training in Dubai and India to teaching in Brazil.

I am very excited to be offering small and intimate yoga classes at White House Health & Wellness Centre, held in the cosy Princess Diana Room. A little place to retreat to, switch off and reconnect whenever you need it. Yoga has taught me the importance of slowing down, listening to the body and creating space to feel more present and true to myself. My hope for you is to leave each class feeling a little lighter, more grounded and more connected to yourself, and hopefully with something from your practice to carry with you beyond the mat.

Classes are suitable for all levels and invite you to move intuitively, finding a balance between strength and softness through breath and movement.
