I came to Kundalini Yoga through a career in nursing and healthcare — years of working within a system that treats the body, but often misses the whole person. That gap is what brought me here.
Kundalini Yoga is called the yoga of awareness, and that's exactly what it offers — a direct, practical path back to yourself. Through breathwork, movement, sound and meditation, it works on every layer of who you are: physical, mental, emotional and energetic. The results can be profound, and they don't take years to arrive.
What makes Kundalini Yoga particularly powerful is how beautifully it sits alongside other therapies. Whether someone is working with a counsellor, a physiotherapist, a nutritionist or any other practitioner — Kundalini Yoga complements and deepens that work. Because it operates on every layer of the person, it supports whatever healing is already in motion.
I teach in Epsom, Surrey, and I work with people who are ready to go beneath the surface — those dealing with stress, burnout, anxiety or disconnection, as well as those simply curious about what it means to feel truly well. No prior yoga experience is needed. No flexibility required. Just a willingness to show up.
Alongside my classes, I'm passionate about creating spaces where women can come together in real community — to be honest, to be supported, and to remember who they are. I offer 1-2-1 sessions for those who want a more personal, tailored experience, as well as small group classes for those who find strength in being alongside others. Wherever you are, there is a place for you.
